3. Are your pieces ready to ship or made to order?
Most of our pieces are ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Product availability and lead times will be noted on each product page.

4. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Returns & Refunds
11. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
12. Do you cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
13. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
