- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SavvaScape. Items purchased from third-party retailers are subject to the retailer’s return policy.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or other restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, personal care products, food items, and customized orders.
- Sale items are generally non-returnable unless defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team at support@savvascape.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Step 3: After we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will arrange for a free return or exchange.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures your replacement item is quickly on its way.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
